Concrete House

Concrete minimalism contrasted with layers of warmth orientated to address north in a tight suburban cul-de-sac in Sydney’s inner west. With only a modest floor plate and approval gained via the “comply or die” Complying Development (CDC) process, Concrete House works hard, utilising every square metre of space to live up to Le Corbusier’s famous quote: “a house is a machine for living in.”
