A bold renovation to an original late 1970’s modernist apartment centrally located in Avalon Beach. The classic black and white colour palette is played off against the warmth of timber, the coolness of polished concrete and the vibrancy of the blazing orange internal doors, completely transforming the original tired apartment into a contemporary space that pays homage to the halcyon days of modernism.
